摘　　要：在文[1]、[2]的基础上,本文得到了斐波那契(Fibonacci)数阵斜和的代数与组合形式的显表达式,并由此获得有关性质及一个二重组合求和公式,On the basis of his two previous articles the author has in this paper gained the obvious expressive formulas of both the algebra of Fibonacci's matrices obligue sum and the combinative form. And,as a result,he has also gained it's nature and the sum formula of the double combination.
