摘　　要：秦岭蝮蛇毒的急性毒性实验研究杨章民，王德林，王子浩，方荣盛（陕西师范大学实验中心陕西师范大学生物学系西安７１００６２１第一作者，男，２８岁，硕士）蜂蛇毒是以血循毒为主的混合毒，其成分非常复杂，为酶类、毒素及非蛋白物质构成的混合物，能够使动物出现一系列...The LD50 determination of the venom from a new pit-viper(Agkistrodon qinlingensis)by the simplified probility method (intraperitoneal injection in mice)is presented,and the envenomation symptoms are also reported. It is demonstrated that the toxicity is low and the venom contains at least the folowing principles: the proteinase, neurotoxin, hemorrhagic toxin, cardiotoxin and PHA2. While the neurotoxin is somewhat special compared with that of the others. This provides the venom utilization of A. qinlingensis and its snakebite prevention and cure with acute toxic evidence.
