摘  要:作者采用子测矩法,即利用电机在启动过程中作用在转子上的力矩,同时也以同样大小方向相反地作用在走子上的原理,研制了一套智能型高速电机M-S曲线测试系统.它具有无需测试负载、无需高速测短传感器、安装方便、测试时间短等优点.作者在本文中对该系统的测试方法、工作原理、系统电路和测试过程作了介绍.It is most difficult for us to get the torque-speed curve of a high-speed motorover the full speed range. An intelligent equipment, which is serviced for measuring Tooque-Speed curve of high speed motor, is made by the author. The test principle of the equipment, which is named as measuring stator torque, is discovered by professor W. S. Leung, head of Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering in University of Hong Kong. While a motor start, the rotor exerts on the stator a reaction torque equal and opposite to the motor output torque. So the dynamic motor torque can be obtained by measuring the static reaction torque on the stator. The equiment with this method has those special features. (a) It does not need a conventional load. (b)lt does not need a high speed torque sensor. (c) It is easy to mount and(d)lt has short measuring time. This paper describes the method of test, the structure of the equipments, the principle of the circuit and the program of measuring torque speed curve.
