摘　　要：现行砼结构设计规范（ＧＢＪ１０－８９）关于预应力砼构件预拉区的计算与构造规定，在使用上并不简便；理论上有缺陷、在有些情况下，降低结构可靠度作者根据自已的研究结果作了对比论证，提出修改设计计算方法的建议．Using the provisions of calculation and construction on the prestressed concrete members after transfer in the concrete structure code (GBJ 10-89) were inconvenient. There are some shortcomings about the provisions in theory so that the reliability would be reduced in some cases. The study results by the author were in comparison with these provisions. and he puts forward the propositions to modify the calculated methods.
