摘　　要：本文对计量泵的关键零件──Ｎ轴进行了详细的受力分析，提出了不同流量下偏心块位于不同角度时的Ｎ轴各点应力的计算方法，进而得出Ｎ轴的最大应力．另外在Ｎ轴的结构设计中着重探讨了偏心角α的最佳角度．In this paper the force analysis is presented on metering pump's key part - N shaft in detail.The calculational method is given for the stress of different point of N shaft according to theecccentric piece at different angle under the condition of different flowrate. In addition,the structuredesign on N shaft is al3o carried out to determine the best angle a.
