急性心肌梗塞早期静脉溶栓治疗5例报告

摘　　要：报导５例急性心肌梗塞病人早期静脉溶栓治疗结果：５例溶栓治疗后全部再通，胸痛平均３６分钟缓解或消失；ＳＴ段在半小时内回降＞５０％；ＣＫ和ＣＫ－ＭＢ峰值平均提前到１０．３ｈ出现；溶栓过程中，４例出现再灌注心律失常，牙龈出血和皮肤瘀斑各１例。Effect of early intavenous thrombolytic therapy in 5 patients of acute myocardial in farction (AMI)is reported.After thrombolytic therapy,coronary artery of all AMI petients were rcopened.Chestpain reduced or disappeard in 30 minuts on the average.ST segment of ECG Was retorn over 50percent in 30 minetes.The peak value of CK and CK-MB go forward to appear in ten hours and eighteen minutes on the average.Among the thrombolytic therapy,4 patients appearedarrhthmin of reperfusion,one patdient had gumhemorrhage,one patient had skin extravasafial speck,
