内皮剥脱后血管平滑肌增生的时相特征

摘　　要：观察了内皮损伤后血管平滑肌细胞（ＶＳＭＣ）增生的时相变化。结果表明，内皮损伤可导致ＶＳＭＣ增生，内膜增厚。ＶＳＭＣ在术后２４小时就进入细胞周期，开始合成ＤＮＡ；ＤＮＡ复制高峰是在术后４８～７２小时，１０天之后主要是细胞体积增大，细胞外基质堆积，提示细胞的大量复制是在内皮损伤后的早期阶段，这可能是防治的关键时期。hanges of kinetics of vascular smooth muscle proliferation(VSMC)were investigated in the rat aorta after balloon denudation.Results showed that endothelium injury induced VSMC proliferation, intima thickening.24 hours after denudation,VSMC entered cell cycle and began to synthesize DNA;The peak of DNA replication was between 48 and 72 hours after endotheliurn injury;After 10 days,main changes of the aorta were cell size in-crease,and extracellular matrix accumulation.These findings indicated that VSMC underwent a kinetic process of activation,migration and proliferation,termination after endothelium injury.In the process,a large mumber of cell replication occurred in the early stage after injury,which might be a key period of prevention.
