摘　　要：儿童先天性扳机指比较少见。我科１９８８～１９９３年共收治儿童先天性扳机指１７例，２１指。本组病例手术年龄为１～１０岁。手术方式的选择以切除增厚部分的腱鞘为最理想。手术后经０．５～３年随访无１例复发，效果满意。我们认为儿童先天性扳机指诊断一旦明确应及早手术。Abstract Seventeen cases(23 fingers)of congenital trigger finger in children were treated from 1988 to 1993.The follow up period extended from 0.5 to 3 years.Cood results were seen in all of the patients.We think that as soon as the children(1-10 years) is diagnosis as having congenital trigger finger,operation should be doue immediately.Local hypertrophic tenectomy is an appropriate method.
