中药复方眩晕宁的药理研究

摘　　要：眩晕宁对小鼠具有良好的镇静作用;加大剂量也不引起睡眠。它可加强水合氯醛、酒精的催眠效应。中枢递质测定结果,眩晕宁可使大鼠全脑去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺明显增加,同时可见5-羟色胺略增。对正常狗及病理性高血压大鼠,眩晕宁呈现较好的降压效果。在整体动物及离体肠肌,眩晕宁具有直接抑制肠肌的作用;其组份二陈汤是解痉的主要因素,牛菊汤次之;各组份之间并不存在着明显的交互作用。大鼠蛋清性关节炎的实验表明眩晕宁有良好的消炎作用。Xuan-yun-nin is a combination of two Chinese traditional prescriptions, namely Erchen Tang and Erzhi Wan, together with Rhizoma Alismatis,Rhizoma Atractylodis macrocephalae, Radix Achyranthis bidentatae and Flos Chrysanthemi indici, all of them are accepted by Chinese Pharmacopoeia Volume I, 1985. Experiments were carrying on upon the mice, rats and dogs both in vivo and vitro, to study its influence to the central transmitters, i.e.norepinephrine, dopamine and 5-HT and its hypotensive and bradycardiac effects. It modified also the intestinal excitability and edema due to egg-albumin. Finally it was confirmed that Xuan-yun-nin is a sedative but not a hypnotic and is useful to control vertigo in 309 clinical cases with 90% of them remarkably improved.
