国人掌浅弓表面投影的测定

摘　　要：本文确定以掌中线为掌浅弓表面投影的定位标志。在成弓形吻合的80侧成人掌浅弓上选取A、B、C三点(分别为第1.2.3指掌侧总动脉的始部)连同掌中线的两端点,用透明胶片原位描记,然后置于以掌中线中点为零点的坐标系中,各点的坐标值便可直接读得。The superficial volar arch was estimated in 80 cases for its surface projection. Three points, A, B and C, representing the beginnings of common dalmar digital arteries supplying the adjacent sides of the fingers 2 to 5 and the 2 ends of the median line of the palm, D and E, are depicted on a cellophane film. Then the film is placed on a coordinate system so that the ordinate coincides with the median line of the palm with the zero point at the midpoint of line DE. Thus the metric coordinate values can be read directly. The values obtained were t A ( 0.54 + 0.29cm ); B (-0.10 + 0.29cm, -0.26 + 0.33cm) and C (-0.61+0.29cm, -0.59 + 0.45cm ). The line drawn from A through B and C to the pisiform bone will represent the surface projection of the superficial volar arch in the palm. The pattern of snperficial volar arch was found ao be U type in 45.0% and RU type in 53.75%. The palm length of males was longer than that of females; the difference between the right and the left palm in either sex was insignificant.
