摘  要:以~3H—亮氨酸为示踪剂,应用放射自显影技术顺行追踪S.D种系大白鼠下丘脑室旁核的传出纤维联系。室旁核内侧份到杏仁核群和海马结构有丰富的纤维投射。在杏仁前区背侧部、杏仁内侧核、杏仁中央核、终纹床核杏仁内部、杏仁基底核、杏仁中介核、杏仁海马移行区、海马下托腹侧部,CA_1和CA_2内都发现密集的标记纤维终末。这些投射为双侧性,但同侧占优势。室旁核内侧份发出的纤维经终纹、杏仁腹侧径路和视上连合投射到杏仁核群。一部分纤维穿过杏仁核群继续向尾侧经杏仁海马移行区投射到海马下托腹侧部、CA_1、和CA_2等广泛区域。Using 3H-leucine autoradiography, the efferent connections from the para-ventricular nucleus of hypothalamus ( PVH ) were studied in spraque-Dawley albino rats. There are rich projections from the medial part of PVH to amygdaloid complex and hippocampal formation.The dense terminals of the labelled axons were found in the dorsal part of anterior amygdaloid area, medial amygdaloid nucleus, central amygdaloid nucleus, intraamygdaloid part of the bed nucleus of stria terminalis, basal amygdaloid nucleus, intercalated amygdaloid nucleus, amygdalohippocampal transition area, ventral part of the subi-culum, CA1 and CA2. These projections are bilateral, but the ipsilateral are predominant. The labelled fibers arising from the medial part of PVH project to the amygdaloid complex by stria terminalis, ventral amygdalofugal pathways and supraoplic commissures; but a part of these fibers pass through the complex and proceed to the ventral part of subiculum, CA1 and CA2 via amygdalohippocampal transition area.
