摘 要:本文通过Ames试验对清、污灌区土壤、蔬菜和深井水有机提取物进行了致突变研究。结果表明污灌区土壤有机提取物对TA98(±S9)、深井水对TA98(-S9)致突阳性。而清灌区土壤、深井水及清、污灌区芥菜、大白菜有机提取物对TA98(±S9)、TA100(±S9)致突阴性。说明多年来的污水灌田已经污染了土壤,并有可能使深井水和蔬菜遭受污染。The mutngenicity of OESs from soil,vegetable and groundwater in sewage and groundwater irrigated areas was researched by Ames test.The results showed that in the wewage irrigated area the OES from siol induced positive mutagenicity in strain TA98(±S9),lettuce and groundwater had the same result in strain TA98-S9),while in strain TA98(±S9),TA100(±S9)mutagenicity of OEs from soil and groundwater in groundwater irrigated area,leaf mustard and large Chinese cabege in sewage and groundwater irrigated ar-eas was negative. It is possible that the Mutagenic Substances(MSs )might have polluted surface layer of sioil by sewage irrigation for many years and MSs of groundwater and some vegetables might come from the Permeation of the wewage and wastewater。
