落葵三种病害的诊断鉴定

摘　　要：在蔬菜病害种类调查时，发现了落葵上的三种病害，经诊断鉴定，确定为落葵褐色圆斑病（ＡｌｔｅｒｎａｒｉａｔｅｎｕｉｓＮｅｅｓ）、落葵茎基腐病（ＲｈｉｚｏｃｔｏｎｉａｓｏｌａｎｉＫｕｈｎ）和落葵苗腐病（Ｐｙｔｈｉｕｍａｐｈａｎｉｄｅｒｍａｔｕｍ（Ｅｄｓ．）Ｆｉｔｚ．）。在柯赫氏试验的同时，测定了病菌的生长温度并拍摄了它们的形态照片。Three diseases,brown circular spot(Alternaria tenuis Ness),Sore shin(Rhizoctonia solaniKuhn)and Seedling rot(Pythium aphanidermatum(Eds.)Fitz)which infect white vine-spinach were investigated by means of Koch’s methods.The growth temperature for thepothogens was determined and microscopic photographs of the pathogens were also taken.
