摘　　要：使用生物化学方法检验农作物Ｆ１种子杂交率时，采用随机扦样，按ｎ＝［Ｃ２Ｐ（１—Ｐ）］／ｄ２计算适宜的样本容量，可以减少工作量，同时检验结果可靠。When biochemical methods were used to test hybrid percent of F1 seeds of crops, the suitable sample size could be calculated according to under random sample. This could reduce workload and make the results reliable.
