芦丁的镇痛作用

摘　　要：对芦丁的镇痛作用进行了实验研究，发现芦丁（６．２５～１００ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１·ｉｐ）可剂量依赖性抑制小鼠扭体反应，芦丁（５０～１００ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１，ｉｐ）明显提高小鼠电嘶叫刺激阈值，显著延长小鼠热板舔足反应潜伏期。上述结果表明芦丁有镇痛作用，其镇痛作用比阿斯匹林强但弱于吗啡。The analgesic effect of rutin was studied by means of the writhing,electric vocalization and hot plate tests in mice.Rutin.at doses of 6. 25～100 mg·kg-1. could significantly and dose-dependently reduce the writhing numbers induced by potassium antimony tartrate and its analgesic potency was about 4-fold of that of aspirin.The pain thresholds were markedly raised after ip administration of rutin 25～100 mg·kg-1 or quercetin 50～100 mg·kg-1 examined on 55℃ hot plate test.It was also found that the peak effect or 100 mg·kg-1 rutin(ip)was roughly as the same as that of 4 mg·kg-1 morphine hydrochloride of 100 mg·kg-1 quercetin evaluated with the electric vocalization and hot plate tests.In view of the present investigation, it is concluded that(1)rutin has analgesic effect,and(2)because the molecule of rutin has the structure of quercetin.the analgesic activity of rutin might be come from its parent structure-quercetin.
