摘  要:本实验以不同刺激参数电刺激杏仁内侧核(MAN),测定动脉血压和心率。高频、较大强度的电刺激(100Hz,120~150μA)可使大鼠的血压升高,心率减慢,同时伴有瞳孔扩大,胡须抖动。由静脉注射NA记录MAN神经元单位放电频率,放电频率的改变发生在血压的恢复阶段,提示MAN神经无能接受外周血管的传入冲动。表明这类神经元可能参与孤束核内压力感受性反射的传出过程。In order to find out the optimum parameters of stimulating medial amygdalod nucleus(MAN)to cause and obvious change in cardiovasctilar activities and to search the mechanism of it,thisexperiment was desigiied to determine the changes of blood pressure and heart rate in rats. It wasshowed that the parameter l00 Hz,120~150μA was a stronger stimulus for the pressor effect and asympathetic behavior such as the dilation of pupil,etc. Approximately 51.2%neurons in MAN re-sponsed to the norepinephrine injectioii(iv),and the change of firing frequency was presented in therecovery period.It was suggested that the neurons in MAN could accept the affereiit signals from pe-ripheral vessels,and participate in the baroreceptor reflex.
