红蛇定痛液的药效学研究初报

摘　　要：本文报道了红蛇定痛液的药效实验研究，通过动物实验，经腹腔注射红蛇定痛液能显著提高小鼠的热板法痛阈及降低醋酸所致扭体反应的发生率；同时对小鼠二甲苯致耳廓炎症也有明显抗炎作用，且对蟾蜍离体坐骨神经和家兔的脊神经均呈局部阻滞麻醉作用，其镇痛作用与临床关系有待进一步研究．Hong-she analgesic solution(HS)is a compound medicine.It is made of many kindsof TCM,which has been used in treatment of the pain caused by arthritis.HS decreased the occur-rence of writhing response caused by HAC,raised the threshold in hot plate test in mice.The anti-inflammatory effect of the solution was shown by xylene-induced swelling of mice ears.Futher-more,it blocked the action potential of isolated sciatic nerves in toads.Injection of the solution in-to the subaraehnoid space of the rabbit lumbar area initiated almost immediately the anesthetic ac-tion.These results suggest that the HS may act as a new analgesic and anti-inflammatory drug.
