脑外伤后综合征患者脑血流显像观察

摘　　要：本文对５０例脑外伤综合征患者进行ＴＣＤ及ＳＰＥＣＴ脑血流断层显像．结果ＴＣＤ异常率为７４％，ＭＣＡ／ＩＣＡ≥３为脑血管痉挛所致．ＳＰＥＣＴ脑显像异常率为８４％，为大脑皮质内放射性分布不均匀或有１～２个以上独立的放射性缺损区．Fifty patients with head injury syndrome were examined by TCD and SPECT cere-bral blood image. The results show that abnormal rate by TCD is 74%whereas abnormal rate bySPECT is 84%. The abnormality is caused by cerebral blood spasm ,and its MCA/ICA is equal toor greater than 3.Abnormal cerebral cortexes were detected by SPECT appearing uneven distri-bution radioactivity,or there are more than one or two isolated radioactivity defect areas.
