包头市城区婚检妇女风疹病毒抗体调查

摘　　要：采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ＥＬＩＳＡ）的检测方法，于１９９４年８～１２月对包头市城区３５６名婚检妇女进行了风疹病毒抗体测定，发现抗风疹病毒ＩｇＧ抗体阳性率为８２．０２％，表明包头市城区婚检妇女中风疹易感者较多；抗风疹病毒ＩｇＭ抗体均阴性，说明包头市近期无风疹流行。y the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),Anti- rubella virusantibodies were determined in 356 women from Baotou proper,who were under pre- mar-riage physical check-up ,in 1994(from August to December).It was found that the positiverate of anti- rubella virus IgG was 82.02%and that anti- rubella virus IgM was negative,Ithas been shown that quite a few women are susceptible to rubella and that,however,therewill be no epidemic of rubella in recent years in Baotou.
