摘　　要：采用ＰＨＡ皮试反应法，对不同年龄段蒙、汉族儿童少年细胞免疫功能进行检测。皮肤红晕和硬结大小，蒙、汉族各年龄段均有明显差异，并呈随年龄增长而有增大趋势。n this study,PHA skin tests were performed to measure the ability of different age chil- dren of the Mongols and the Hans to mount cell-mediated immune response.The resultsshowed that the sizes of erythema and induration at the injection site presented a significantdifference in each age group between the Mongols and the Hans,and the difference had an in-creasing tendency with growth of age.
