3，15─二乙酰苯甲酰乌头宁镇痛作用与中枢5－羟色胺能系统的关系

摘　　要：采用热板法测痛，预先给予小鼠对氯苯丙氨酸对３，１５－二乙酰苯甲酰乌头宁的镇痛作用无明显影响；损毁大鼠的中缝大核，对３，１５－二乙酰苯甲酰乌头宁的镇痛作用亦无明显影响，结果提示３，１５－二乙酰苯甲酰乌头宁的镇痛作用可能与中枢５－羟色胺能系统无明显关系。n the hot plate test,it was shown that 3,15-diacetylbenzoylaconine(DABA)-inducedanalgesia was not influenced significantly by pretreatment of p-chlorophenylalanine in miceand no notable influence was seen on the analgesia effect of DABA after lesion of the rat mu-cleus raphe magnus(NRM).It is suggested that the analgesia effect mediated by DABA maynot be remarkably related to the central serotoninergic system.
