摘 要:以共聚醚酯型改性涤纶纤维(EDDP)为研究对象,用常规涤纶纤维(PET)作对比物,对纤维结构与染色性能的关系作了较系统的研究.采用红外光谱、X射线衍射、动态粘弹谱及孔容孔径测定等多种近代仪器测试方法,很好地揭示了其内在规律.结果表明,EDDP纤维的分散染料常压可染性与它的低结晶度、低a转变点及较大的孔容值密切相关.松弛热定型后,结晶度虽会提高,孔容值会减小,然而由于无定形区尺寸的增大及a转变点的进一步降低,总的结果是染色性能获得进一步的改善.sing modified PET fiber(EDDP)as research object, compared with conventional PET fiber,the relations between dyeability of PET-PEG block copolymer fiber and fiber structure were studied.Many instrumental measuring methods such as IR,X-ray diffraction,dynamic viscoelasticity etc were used in the tests.The results show that the dyeability of EDDP fiber to disperse dye under normal pressure has close relation to its lower crystallinity,a transition temperature and larger aperture. Even if after relaxation heat setting the crystallinity will be increased and aperture will be decreased, but due to the increase of amorphous region size and reduction of a transition temperature,improvement of dyeing behaviour can be further obtained as a whole.
