摘　　要：讨论当被提交产品的总数为任意有限数 t、在抽样阶段使用3个抽样比率时多水平连续抽样方案 CSP-T 的动态平均检出质量函数的表示和计算,其中,在抽样阶段的抽样方式为随机抽样。结果表明,当 t 变化时,理论上具有唯一平均检出质量上限的 CSP-T 方案将具有若干个档次不同的上限。这一矛盾表明必须实质性地修定现行的国家标准。给出了相应的修定方法和依据。The dynamic average outgoing quality for multi-level continuous sam- pling plan CSP-T is discussed and calculated,where three different sampling fre- quency of f_1>f_2>f_3,and random sampling fashion are employed in the plan,and the total number of the samples is infinite.For different t values,it is found that a CSP-T has several up margins of average outgoing quality limit(AOQL),though it ought to have only one margin of AOQL in theory.This contradiction means that the national standard GB8052-87 needs to be substantively revised,and the revising method is presented.
