摘　　要：对乳化炸药生产中的关键设备乳化机的搅拌功率准数进行了试验研究，确定了不同搅拌形式的功率准数ＫＮ与离心雷诺准数Ｒｅ关系曲线，并建立其数学表达式，为高粘度乳化基质在高转速和高剪切工艺要求下的乳化机设计制造和使用安全提供了理论依据和试验数据．An experimental research on the stsndard mixing POwer deta of the main equipment, bank type emulsifying machine,in the production of emulsion explosive is done. A plot of the standard power data (KN) against the standard centrifugal data (Re) for different type of mixing is made, the mathematical expression is set up, and the basic theory and testing data for design of emulsifying machine required for prefering ha viscisity emulsiried mains at high s￣ shearing are provided.
