摘  要:本文对红麻皮硫酸盐法、烧碱蒽醌(AQ)法制浆工艺进行了对比研究。结果表明,采用烧碱—AQ法在较低温度下蒸煮的纸浆得率高、强度好、可漂性好,纸浆经CEHP四段漂白,白度可达85%以上。Kenaf bast pulp prepared by the kraft and soda-AQ processes(including conventional method and low temperature method) were compared in this paper. The results shows that low temperature soda-AQ process gives highest yields. It is feasible for chemical pulp of kenaf bast. The suitable cooking condition is: 16% active alkali (calculated as Na2O),AQ0. 1%,2 hours at 150℃,the liquid ratio 1: 5.Low temperature soda-AQ kenaf bast pulp has readily bleachability. By CEHP bleaching sequence,the pulp Can get brightness over 85% (SBD) only using 3. 8% total chlorine,also with good viscosity and strength.
