摘  要:为了解大熊猫胃肠道内分泌细胞的形态特点,本文用PAP法对两只大熊猫胃底、幽门腺区、十二指肠、空肠、回肠、结肠和直肠的五羟色胺、生长抑素、胃素、胆囊收缩素、神经降压素、胃动素、抑胃多肽、胰高血糖素、血管活性肠肽和内啡肽免疫反应阳性细胞进行了研究。结果表明,在75d龄个体中胃肠道内分泌细胞的形态类型较少,而7年龄个体中形态类型较为复杂。对7年龄个体胃肠各段间的形态类型和其相对数量的比较表明,大熊猫胃肠道内分泌细胞可以分为4型:A型多见于小肠;B型和AB型主要见于幽门区;NP型为胃底区的主要细胞类型。不同形态类型的胃肠道内分泌细胞在胃肠各段间分布的差异可能与大熊猫的食性有关。Endocrine cells containing 5-hydroxytryptamine,somatostatin , gastrin,cholecystokinin ,neurotensin ,motilin ,gastric inhibitory peptide, glucagon,vasoactive intestinal polypeptide ,and endorphin in the mucosae of the fundus,pylorus ,duodenum,jejunum , ileum, colon ,and rectum of 2 giant pandas were studied by PAP method to gain an insight into the adaptive characteristics for the special feeding habit. The former 8 kinds of endocrine cells were detected in themucosae of the 2 giant pandes.The distribution of cell types categorized by thecytoplasmic process indicated that in the 7-year old giant panda ,the fundicendocrine cells were mostly round or ovoid , apical and basal cytoplasmic processeswere rarely seen; many pyloric endocrine cells pocessed both apical and basalprocesses; while endocrine cells in the small intestine only pocessed apical process.In the 75-day old giant panda, the cell types of the gut endocrine cells are few thanthose of the 7-year old one. These results indicate that the structure and thedistribution of the morphological types of the endocrine cells in the mucosa of thegiant panda might be related to their specific feeding habit.
