摘 要:利用HRP同工酶酶谱分析法对金丝小枣23个样品进行测定,酶谱呈现出异同,说明金丝小枣不是单一品种,而是复合品种群。按特征性谱带及果实形态特征,将金丝小枣划分为果实圆柱形、果实扁球形或球形、果实倒卵形或心形、以及小球形4种类型,它们在品质上也有差异,这一研究,为选育和推广优良品种、淘汰劣质品种、避免品种混杂等提供了理论依据。samples of Chinese date Jinsi Xiaozao were measured by analysing HRP isoen-zyme enzyme spectrum and the enzyme spectrums appeared different.Tbis showed that Chinesedate Jinsi Xiaozao was a composite variety population,not a single variety.Chinese date Jinsi Xi-aozao can be divided into four types whose fruit form were respectively cylindrical,flat spherical,ovate or small spherical according to the characteristics of the enzyme spectrum and fruit form.There were also differences in quality among the four types.These results can provide the theo-retical basis for breeding and spreading good varieties,eliminating bad varieties and avoiding vari-ety confounding.
