摘 要:采用封闭和半封闭式实验方法,比较研究了动作速度定量控制与RM,常规训练方法,以及动作速度定量控制两种主要方法(控速增量、控量增速)之间对重量—速度曲线影响的差异。研究结果表明:1)曲线水平增长方面:动作速度定量控制组大于RM组;控速增量、控量增速、常规训练3组之间基本相同。动作速度定量控制两种主要方式,当一个训练阶段内不重新调整重量负荷时,控速增量组大于控量增速组。相反,中期调整重量负荷时,控量增速组大于控速增量组。2)曲线偏移角度方面:控量增速Q角上升,而控速增量、RM,常规训练3组均呈下降趋势,其下降的幅度因控速而减缓。By using complete-close and half-close experimental methods,the defferences between the influences of exercises speed-controlled method,Rm,the routine training method and the two main forms of exercise speed-controlled method (increasing weight with controlled speed and increasing speed with controlled weight)on the weight-velocity curve were compared and studied. The results were as follows: 1)The level of the weight-velocity curve of the exercise speed-controlled groups grew more rapidly than that of the Rm group. But the curves of the groups using methods of increasing weight with controlled speed,increasing speed with controlled weight and Rm group were almost the same. As for the two forms of exercise speed-controlled method,the curve of the group of speed ascontrol with increasing weight rose more rapidly than that of the group of weight-control with increasing speed,when weight loads in both groups were not adjusted in the tranining period. But when the weight loads were adjusted in the middle of the period,the curve is quite the contrary. 2)The Q angle of the weight-control with increasing speed group became larger,but those of the other three groups (the group of speed-control with increasing weight,Rm and routine training) tended to be downward. The downward range of the Q angle changed with speed-control.
