摘 要:比较了PWM和PHA对胎儿胸腺细胞及Thy-L(比重≤1.074)和Thy-H(比重>1.074)两亚群的增殖效应。研究结果表明:PWM在较大浓度范围内(0.2~20μg/ml)对胎儿胸腺细胞尤其是Thy-L有强烈诱导增殖作用,PHA的诱导增殖作用呈明显剂量依赖关系,IL-2对PHA的协同作用远较对PWM的协同作用强;多聚甲醛处理的U细胞对PWM和PHA诱导的增殖均有辅助作用;Thy-L为胸腺细胞中对刺激敏感的亚群,而Thy-H对刺激不敏感。he proliferative effects of PWM and PHA on human fetal thymocytes were compared.thymocytes were dev-ided into Thy-L(Light density thymocytes)and thy-H(High density thymocytes)subsets by Ficoll-Hypaque den-sity gradient centrifugation. The results showed that:PWM in wide range of dose(0.2~20μg/ml)could signifi-cantly stimulate human fetal thymocytes especialy Thy-L to proliferate. The effect of PHA on thymocytes prolifer-ation was dose-dependent.IL-2 could enhance the proliferation of thymocytes stimulated by PHA much morestrongly than by PWM,U cells treated by paraformaldehyde could enhance the proliferative effects of both PWMand PHA on thymocytes. Thy-L was much more sensitive to stimulators than Thy-H.
