摘 要:本文采用微量血免疫扩散法检测171例新生儿脐血超氧化物歧化酶(SOD).其中正常新生儿111例、胎儿异常(脐带绕颈、胎儿宫内窘迫)30例、孕母异常(胎膜早破、妊娠中毒症)16例及新生儿窒息14例。结果提示:新生儿窒息组及孕母异常组的脐血SOD含量显著降低(P<0.05),而其它组未见明显变化。本文材料提示SOD测定可间接评价氧自由基体内平衡情况,SOD活性下降提示体内氧自由基增加。Superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity was measured with immunodiffusion technique (micromethod) in the umbilical cord blood samples of 171 newborn infants. of which 111 infants were clinically normal(group 1), 30 infants were abnorma 1 (group 2,including cord rounding the fetal neck and fetal distress).16 infants were born to mothers of complicated pregnancies (group 3, including premature rupture of the mambranes and toxemia) and 14 infants were those with asphyxia (group 4). A significant decline in SOD activity, was observed in group 3 and 4(P<0.05), while there was no significant change in enzyme acitivity in the remaining two groups. The present data indicate that SOD activity determination maybe used to evaluate free radical homestasis indirectly, and that reduced enzyme activity suggests in vivo oxygen free radical accumulation.
