益髓灵及其拆方对巨核系病态造血细胞影响的研究  

Research on the effects of Yi Sui Ling Mixture and Its Part on Morbid Hematopoietic Cells of Megakaryocytic Series

摘　　要：选用人原始巨核细胞白血病细胞系（ＨＩ－Ｍｅｇ）为靶细胞，通过短期及较长期液体培养，观察中药益髓灵及其拆方对ＨＩ—Ｍｅｇ细胞增殖与分化的影响。结果提示，益气养阴药对ＨＩ—Ｍｅｇ细胞有较强的促增殖作用；活血解毒药既有抑制增殖又有促分化作用，但具有毒性；而益髓灵复方则表现为明显的抑制增殖和促分化作用．Sleeted primary human megakaryocytic leukemia cell series(HI-Meg) as aim cells, and cultivated them in culture solution for a short or long period, observed the effects of Chinese drugs-Yi Sui Ling Mixture and its part on the proliferation and differentiation of HIMeg cells, results showed that drugs for supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin could significantly improve HI-Meg cells to proliferate, though drugs for activating blood and detoxicating had the effects of helping cells differentiate, they were poisonous. This study suggested that Yi Sui Ling Mixture could not only significantly inhibit HI-Meg cells from proliferating, but also improve them to differentiate.
