摘　　要：讨论了铜盐-亚硒酸钢铁常温发黑体系的发黑成膜机理和发黑膜性能影响因素。采用扫描电镜、能谱仪和x-射线对发黑膜的表面形貌、膜层成分、发黑膜晶态特征和相结构进行分析。并讨论了发黑膜组成、结构、形貌与性能的关系。This paper discussed the mechanism of forming black film of the blackening system at room temperature on steels in the mixture solution of copper salt and selenious acid, and the influence factors for blackening film. The surface appearence and the composition and the crystal characteristic and the phase structure of film have been analysed by means of SEM. electron spectrograph and x-ray. The relation between composition, microstructure, appearance and performance were also discussed.
