可控性低压回肠代膀胱术

摘　　要：１９９２年２月～１９９４年４月，我们为８例因膀胱癌行膀胱全切除患者施行了可控性低压回肠代膀胱术。输尿管采用回肠折叠包埋式吻合，回肠袋与后尿道吻合。术后随访６个月，全部患者可自控排尿，无明显残余尿。膀胱造影未发现输尿管返流。术后肾功能正常，血电解质均在正常范围。From Feb. 1992 through Apr. 1994 ,a low pressure continent ileal pouch was constructed in 8 patients with bladder carcinoma for bladder replacement after radical cystectomy. Antireflux uretero-ileal implantation was carried out with a segment of folding ileum. All the patients can void via the urethra with no significant residual urine.No urinary reflux was found and renal function ,electrolyte were normal. The operation was considered a good modle for urinary diversion.
