丹参与川芎嗪对妊高征血液流变学及血浆抗凝血酶Ⅲ含量的影响

摘　　要：用丹参加川芎嗪治疗妊高征24例,分别测定治疗前、后母体血液流变学指标,并采用免疫电泳法测定治疗前、后母体血浆抗凝血酶Ⅲ含量。结果表明:治疗后血液流变学指标明显改善,抗凝血酶Ⅲ含量显著升高(P<0.05)。提示丹参川芎嗪能改善妊高征的高凝状态,增加组织器官的血流灌注。The effects of Salvia Milliorrsiga Bge (SMB)and Ligustrazine (L) on hemorheology and antithrombin Ⅲ (AT-Ⅲ ) in 24 pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) patients were studied . Before and after the administration of SMB and L,the hemorheology indices and the levels of AT- Ⅲ were observed. The levels of AT- Ⅲ were determined by the single radial immunodiffusion method. After the administration .compared with the base -line values the whole blood viscosity in low shear rate and ESR decreased significantly (P < 0.05) ,in high shear rate ,plasma viscosity. haemotocrit and ESR-K showed some reduction but no significance ;the levels of AT- Ⅲ increased significantly (P <0. 05). These results suggest that SMB and L can decrease the enhanced ac-tivition of blood coagulation and improve the blood circulation in PIH.
