摘 要:提出了描述多基硝胺火药燃烧过程中各含能组分热分解动力学、主要分解和燃烧产物特性,燃烧比表面变化,火药组织中的空隙率等因素的数学模型。在 0.l~ 500MPa压力范围内,对 NC/NG/RDX、NC/NG/NGU、NC/NG/RDX/NGU及其它配方体系的高能多基硝胺火药的燃速做了理论预估。与相应实验数据的比较结果表明:本模型适合多基硝胺火药的平均燃速预估。有关理论结果对认识这类火药的燃烧机理有一定帮助。Presents a model for the combustion of multiple-base nitramine propellant in which the following aspects are considered:detailed decompostion kinetics of nitramines and their binders;geometric and mechanistic details of the burning surface;porosi istis in propellants,etc.Calculations for burnins rates in the pressure range of 0.1 to 500MPa were made for different nitramine solid propellants.Their results were compared with experimental data,finding good agreement.Mechanisms of combustion of the propellants are accounted for by this model.
