摘　　要：昆虫病毒多角体蛋白对病毒粒子的异源包装黄永秀，齐义鹏，李晓锋（武汉大学病毒研究所，武昌４３００７２）关键词杆状病毒，异源包装，多角体蛋白基因昆虫杆状病毒（ＢＶ）的多角体蛋白基因（ｏｃｕ），是一个非必需极晚期高表达基因。目前，已用首稽尺蠖核型多角体病毒...n order to prepare purified probe, a HindⅢ-V fragment with 3'codon sequence ofAcNPV polyhedrin gene(ocu) wns purified from piobe vector mAcHV43 DNA. The SeNPVocu gene was locatal on 1.5kb EcoRI-U fragment, which was inserted into plasmid pUC19to obtain pSeE312. After pSeE312 DNA was cotransfected with ocu￣- TnNPV galF7 DNA in-to insect Sf-9, a recombinant virus vTnSeE312, which is able to produce polyhedrin proteinand polyhedrosis viruses was obtained in insect cells. Both the unique HindⅢ fragmentsof18.5kb and EcoRI 13.1kb, which may hybridize with ocu gene probe, were shown invTnSeE312 DNA. It is demostrated that the SeNPV ocu gene was intergrated into TnNPVgalF7 genome and ocu￣- TnNPV galF7 virion was rescued to become hybrid polyhedrosisvirus.
