摘  要:Eptein-Barr病毒,EBNA2短暂表达。ecombinant plasmid pSGS-EBNA2-Hyg was constructed. It encoded both EBNA2 andhygnmycin B phosphotransferase genes and expressed both of them thansiently in BHK andCNE- 3 cell line.The cells txansfected with plasmid pSG5-EBNA2-Hyg are resistant to hygromycin B,but the EBNA2 positive cells are about 5% in both cell lines. The IgG/EBNA2 positiverates are 79% and 36% in sera from patients with rheumatoid arthritis and control individuals respectively. The geometrical mean titers are 1 : 22.7 and 1 : 6.5 in the two groups of sera.验
