In soft agar culture,EB virus-infected cells together with TPA (12-0-tetardecanoyl-phorbol-13- acetate)treatment formed more and larger clones.When these cells were transplanted subcutaneously into nude mice,and treated with TPA,poorly differentiatedcarcinomas were induced.
