摘　　要：本文简要阐述了PVAc乳液合成的反应机理,分析了各种原材料对乳液合成及乳液性能的影响,提出了成熟的合成工艺及配方.使用该工艺配方生产的PVAc乳液用于SMC粗纱浸润制得的SMC粗纱完全满足SMC成型机组的使用要求,制得了性能优良的SMC制品.Based on the analysis of effects of raw materials on the synthesis and performances of PVAc emulsion, mature process and formula to syntheses the PVAc emulsion specially for SMC glass rovings sizings have been advanced.By using the sizings containing the PVAc emulsion produced by the process and formula,glass roving suitable for SMC forming unit can be made,and SMC products with good behavires can be obtained.
