摘 要:任意形状电熔玻璃窑流动和传热的二维数值模拟祁建伟(清华大学工程力学系100084)陈越南(浙江大学力学系310027)Two-DimensionalNumericalModellingofanArbitraryShapesElectricGlassF...Aeeording to the working status of an eleetrio glass furnaee,a two dimensional mathe-matical model of flow and heat transfer in an arbitrary shaped furnace has been developed.The model also consider the effect of pull,electrode arrangement,electric boosting and tank geometries.In this paper,a grid-generation technique proposed by Thompson is adopted to handle the arbitrary-shaped furnace by which a body -fitted coordinate system is generated and the irregular physical domain is transformed into a square-meshed computational domain. The transformed general governing equations in computational domain are numerically solved by the finite analytic method.The distributions of stream function,temperature and electric potential are glven here.The numerioal simulation would be both theoretieal predietable and practacal valuable for glass tank optimum design and operation.
