摘 要:在现有氯化物镀铁液中,通过加入钛盐及络合剂,获得了含钛0.5%以上的Fe-Ti合金镀层.研究了该镀层的热硬性,发现在400℃左右,硬度高达HV 800 N/mm^2,软化温度可提高到500℃;同时,借助X射线及穆谱分析,初步查明:经热处理后,镀层中Fe_2Ti、FeTi硬质相的析出可能是导致镀层热硬性提高的主要原因.The electrodeposition of Fe-Ti alloy from a chloride bath has been investigated,and the Fe-Ti alloy film containing 0. 5% Ti has been obtained by adding titanic salt and complex to the bath. The experimental results showed that the hardness of the coating could rise to 800 kg f/mm2 after 400℃× 1 h heat-treating, and softening temperature could rase to 500℃. The structure of the coating was studied by x-ray diffraction and mossbauer analyses. At showed that the improving in hardness mainly results from occuring of Fe2Ti and FeTi hard phases in the film after heat treating.
