摘  要:本项研究表明,在一种抗热腐蚀DD8单晶高温合金中,观察到反相畴界存在三种形成机制:一种是γ'相内局部有序化原子产生错排;第二种是基体1/2<110>位错切入γ'相;第三种是基体位错网诱发。经推导得到如下反相畴界能对单晶合金强度贡献的表达式:he antiphase boundaries(APS)formed in the ordered γ'phases is a dominant strengthen mode.There are three typos of mechanisms for formation of the antiphase beundary to be found in the alloy:One is the nismatch arrangement for the order atoms in a leeal area,the second is dislorations with 1/2<110> cut into the γ'phases,the last one is induction by the disloration network in the matrix. Thecontribution of the aniphase boundary energy to the strength of the alloy is given by:where τ is the resistance force to deformation provided by the APB energy, S the long-range ordered de-grees,Tc the transition temporature from the ordered to disordered structures in the γ'phase,f the vol-ume fraction of the γ' phase in the alloy,r_s the radiu of the γ' particles,G the shear medulus,K the propotional constant.
