摘  要:本文研究了重复扫描处理工艺对激光表面快速熔凝组织的影响。结果表明:重复扫描处理后,溶质偏析程度进一步减轻;初生MC型碳化物较大、分枝发达,呈梅花状;共晶MC型碳化物则尺寸较小,呈水草状而非菊花状。从热力学和动力学角度探讨了碳化物变化的原因,认为这是溶质原子扩散和冷却速度共同作用的结果。The influence of repeted scanning laserglaze on the rapidly solidified microstructure has been studied in this peper.The results show that the segregativity of solute in matrix reduce furtberly after the scanning processing of laserglaze had repeatedly completed,the original carbide MC type of which a size is larger has a developing branches and is plum blossom in shape,and the eutectic carbide MC type of which a size is smaller is waterweeds in shape.According to the theory of thermodynamics and kinetics,it is reason of chdnging the morphology of cartbide that the diffusion of solute atoms has been acted in concert with cooling velocity.
