摘  要:研究了温轧态Al-8Mg-0.2Zr合金超塑变形初期的形变促使连续再结晶(DICR)过程.实验表明:合金在DICR基本完成前后其力学行为和微观组织都发生明显变化,且两者间存在一定内在联系可以根据超塑变形过程中力学行为的宏观表现从工程上近似确定DICR基本完成时的应变量。Deformation-induced - continuous recrystallization (DICR) was revealed in a warm rolled Al-8Mg-0.2Zr alloy during initial stage of superplastic deformation. The mechanical behavior and microstructure of alloy change obviously before and after the completion of DICR, and there exists definite relationship between them. According to the modified σ-e curve and the change of microstructure, the superolastic deformation process of this alloy can be divided into three stages. At stage I (e=0-0.65): the dislocation movement and a process of DICR should occur during this stage, it may be called as "subgrain supernlastisity".At stage Ⅱ(e = 0.65-1.10):the fine grain microstructure keeps at this stage with a slight increase in grain diameter. Deformation at this stage has the common characteristics of "fine-grain superolastisity".At stage Ⅲ (e>1.10):the formation and coalescence of microvoids occur.The values e at which the dσ/ de gets to its minimum,the m gets to its maximum and the γ gets to its upper-shelf value are almost the same(0.65-0.69).
