摘 要:根据玻璃形成动力学理论,计算了MgO-B2O3-SiO2-Al2O3-CaO渣系中含硼组分2MgO·B2O3的成核速度(I)和晶体长大速度(U),获得了2MgO·B2O3晶体形成的最佳温度.采用化学分析、X射线衍射分析(XRD)和差热分析(DTA)等方法研究了热处理温度对MgO—B2O3—SiO2—Al2O3—CaO渣系硼提取率的影响.结果表明:硼渣最佳热处理温度与2MgO·B2O3晶体形成最佳温度一致。The efficiency of extractive boron(EEB)is directly related to the precipitating characteristics of the B component in the slags.The EEB is high if the B comPOnent existed in the crystal form of 2MgO·B2P3,otherwise the EEB is low in the form of amorphous phase. Whether the B comPOnent in the slags can be Precipitated in the form of 2MgO·B2O3, which is the main factor affecting the EEB, so the nucleation rates and the crystul growth rates of 2MgO·B2O3 crystal in the slag MgO - B2O3 - SiO2 - Al2O3 - CaO were calculated with glass formation kinetics through that the optimum forming temperature of 2MgO· B2O3 crystal was obtained. The effects of temperature of heat treatment on the EEB were investigated by chemical analysis, X- ray diffraction(XRD) and differential thermal analysis(DTA).The result showed that the favourable temperature of heat treatment for MgO - B2O3 - SiO2 - Al2O3 - CaO slag was at 1000 1200 ℃, in which the optimum temperature was 1100℃.It was found that the optimum temperature of heat treatment of the slag is in good againment with the optimum forming temperature of 2MgO· B2O3 crystal.
