摘  要:采用NiSO4加过量碱制取的Ni(OH)2水浆(pH12-13),经氢还原~30min制得平均粒度20nm以下的Ni粉.碱是否过量对Ni粉粒度影响较大;催化剂和温度对反应速度也有较大影响,氢还原反应机制不是液相中的Ni离子还原,而是Ni(OH)2固体微粒与活性氢之间的反应.The ultrafine Ni powders with an average particle size of less than 20 nm can be prepared by hydrothermal reduction with hydrogen from the Ni(OH)2 slurry which was obtained by mixing the solutions of NiSO4 6H2O with NaOH. The NaOH amount was so adjusted that the pH of reduction end solution was kept above 7. normally 12-13. The basic slurry of Ni(OH)2 was heated. in the presence of PdCl2 as a catalyst. in an autoclave to 160-200 C under H2 martial pressure of 0.9-3 MPa for about 30 min. Ni powwder was obtained and the yield was virtually 100%. The particle size of Ni powder mainly depends on the amount of NaOH. Temperature and the amount of PdCl2 show obvious effects on the reaction rate. The roposed reaction mechanism is not based on the reduction of Ni(2-) ions in the liquid phase. but on the reaction between the solid particles of Ni(OH)2 and the activated hydrogen.
