摘  要:测试和分析了用热压和挤压铸造工艺制备的CF/Al复合材料热膨胀行为指出CF/Al的热膨胀规律与其内部残余应力的存在方式密切相关,其制备方式对热膨胀过程也有影响,从热膨胀变化规律能够间接了解材料内部残余应力的生成、消亡及存在方式,为材料的尺寸稳定化处理及选择热处理制度提供理论和实验依据.The thermal expansion behavior of CF/Al composites fabricated by hot-pressing and squeeze casting processes were investigated. respectively. The thermal expansion coefficeient of the composites varied with fiber volume (Vf), forming pressure as well as temperature. The thermal expansion behavior of CF / Al composites is closely related to the residually thermal stress and fabrication method. For the composites fabricated by hot-pressing, the thermal expansion magnitude in first heating-cooling cycle was smaller than that in second cycle. and residual deformation appeared as contraction. For the composites fabricated by squeeze casting, the thermal expansion magnitue in first cycle was larger than that in second cycle.and residual appeared as expansion. The results would be helpful to understand the formation. lapse and existing mode of the residual stress and useful also to decide heat-treating process for size stability of CF / Al composites.
