急性乙型肝炎病人血清总IgE水平与血浆cAMP含量的检测

摘　　要：本文采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)一双抗体夹心法和竞争性蛋白结合法,检测了急性乙型肝炎急性期病人和正常人血清总EgE水平与血浆中cAMP含量.结果表明病,人的血清总IgE水平明显高于正常人,而血浆中cAMP含量却显著低于正常对照组.提示,IgE及其介导的Ⅰ型变态反应可能参与急性乙型肝炎的发病过程.Total IgE in serum and cyclic AMP levels in plasma from the patients with acute type B hepatitis and normal individuals were measured by ELISA based on the double antibody sandwich principle and competitive protein binding assay,respectively.The experimental results revealed that total IgE level in serum of the patients was significantly higher than that of the normal group.In contrast,cyclic AMP levels in plasma of the patients were significantly lower than that of the normal individuals.These results demonstrate that IgE antibody and IgE-mediated immunoreaction could involve in pathogenesis of acute type B hepatitis.
