^(131)I-OIH肾动态显像中触发征对阻塞性肾疾病诊断的价值

摘　　要：应用^(131)I-OIH肾动态显像观察了15例阻塞性肾病的触发现象,结果表明,有单侧性尿路阻塞者13例显示患例肾脏的触发征,双侧性者有2例.触发征所表示的肾功能障碍与肾图的肾功能受损情况相一致.在不同原因所致的尿路阻塞发生时,触发征是判断患侧肾功能及尿流排出情况的一项有效指标,是功能与显像相结合的一种征象.The flip-flop phenomenon of I^(131)-hippuran dynamic renography in 15 cases with obstructive nephropathy were obseryed, and the renal flip- flop sign was found in 13 patients with unilateral urinary outflow obstr- uction, the other two cases with obstruction of urinary tract also show the sign. Flip-flop sign reflects apparent renal dysfunction and corresponds with the impairment of renal function in conventional renograpby.Clinical- ly, the phenomenon is significantly valuable in reflecting apparent renal function when the obstructive nephropatby occurs and valuable in the assessment of the patency of the urinary drainage system, it was also a valuable sign associated with the imaging of obstructive nephropathy when the renal function was damaged.
