天蚕、柞蚕线粒体DNA（mtDNA）的限制性酶切电泳图谱

摘　　要：采用差速离心和碱变性法，以９种限制性内切核酸酶对天蚕和柞蚕ｍｔＤＮＡ进行了单酶切分析，发现这两种蚕的ｍｔＤＮＡ在分子长度和酶切类型上存在明显差异。还对天蚕、柞蚕、蓖麻蚕和家蚕的ｍｔＤ－ＮＡ限制性酶切电泳图谱进行了比较研究。The restriction electrophoresis pattern of mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA )from An-theraea yamamai Guerin and A, pernyi Guerin were analyzed with 9 restriction endonu-cleases. The results showed that there were significant differences in molecular lengthand cleavage types of mtDNA between the two kinds of silkworms. Comparative studieswere also conducted on the restriction electrophoresis patterns of mtDNA from A. yama-mai Guerin,A. pemyi Guerin,Philosamia cynthia ricini Boisduval and Bombyx mori L.
